In exceptional cases of inaccessible areas not covered by a courier company, large or heavy shipments will be considered on a case by case basis.
Shipping Order
Passomen.gr brings the order to your home in cooperation with courier companies, without being charged for shipping, if your order exceeds € 39.
For orders under 39 € the charge will be 3 €.
In case you choose COD payment method, the charge will be 2 € extra
All orders start processing by us the next business day. If any of the products you ordered are not available, then we will contact you on the phone or in the contact email you have provided, in order to find together a solution for the best possible service for you ..
In this case, you have the option, if you consider that this period of time does not satisfy you, to request the cancellation of your order of the specific product.
Any remaining order of yours can be executed normally.
